Redwoodtown School

We visited Simon Tripe's Dairy farm just outside of Blenheim.

During our visit we were split up into our four groups and rotated through the different activities. We got to see some cows being milked in the Cowshed, we learnt about different products that are made from milk, we looked at different machines that are used on the farm and we got to play with the baby calves. We liked them sucking our fingers.

We got to drink flavoured milk Fonterra provided, and we were also given a beanie from Simon and Amanda.

We had so much fun on the dairy farm. Thank-you DairyNZ and Simon for such a fun day.
