Dairy Farm Moment in Time

I heard cows mooing loudly and noisily, motorbikes roaring like a lion, chickens clucking, mud squishing loudly, and voices screaming. 89 cows pooing hard and splashes of squishy poo splashing onto the ground. I saw squishy mud on my gumboots and a long stream of milk on the hard concrete.

I felt the cows soft fur.
I felt excited because I’ve never been to a dairy farm before, but also worried if we’d stay here and

not go home.

I wondered if we can come again. I wondered if there are goats, how many cows there are, and if I would fall over in the gooey and gooey mud.
